AI-generated illustration · not a client facilityThe 57-point cleaning audit
Every JPSK account, every visit, is checked against the same 57 checkpoints before the crew leaves the building. Here is the whole form — and you can download it.
WHY IT EXISTS
A pass is only a pass if it would survive your own walk-through.
Our standard is a white glove and a phone flashlight — not a supervisor's memory the next morning. Each checkpoint is marked pass or fail as the crew works, zone by zone, so nothing is scored from a walk-through after the fact. “Mostly done” is a fail.
Who audits, and how often.
Crew leader
Every visit. Completes the full 57-point audit zone by zone before leaving the facility, and submits the time-stamped digital log.
Operations Manager
Weekly. Scores an unannounced formal audit on a live account — not a scheduled one.
Account review
Monthly. The account file is reviewed: scores, failed points, corrective actions and consumable usage.
How the audit is scored.
Every audit produces a score out of 57. The score decides what happens next — and the crew does not decide it alone.
GREEN — Standard met
Log submitted, signed off, crew proceeds to the next account.
YELLOW — Correct within 24 hours
The crew returns to fix the failed points at the next visit, or the same night if the area is client-facing. A supervisor re-checks the failed points within 24 hours and countersigns.
RED — Failed audit
The crew leader phones the Operations Manager from site before leaving. A corrective-action plan is opened, failed zones are re-audited by the Operations Manager within 48 hours, and the client is notified if their space was affected.
The seven zones.
7 zones, 57 checkpoints. Open any zone to read its checkpoints and the standard each one must meet.

Ground rules for every crew.
- Audit as you clean, zone by zone — the crew does not walk the building twice. Each zone is completed, scored, then closed.
- Any failed point is photo-verified with a time-stamped photo in the digital log before it is fixed. Two photos for RED scores.
- A pass is only a pass if it would survive the client's own walk-through with a white glove and a phone flashlight. "Mostly done" is a fail.
- A falsified audit is a termination offence. A missed checkpoint is fixable; a lie is not.
- Client property is untouched except to clean around it. Anything moved goes back exactly as found; anything broken is reported the same night.
- Colour code is law: red microfiber for restrooms, yellow for sinks and wash stations, green for kitchen and break room, blue for general areas. Cross-zone cloth reuse is an automatic yellow rating.
Zone F of every audit checks soap, towels, liners and equipment. See the products & supplies program
